Our youth boxing program/s are the perfect introduction to the sport of boxing for children aged 7-12. These program/s focuses on teaching basic boxing techniques, footwork, and conditioning exercises in a fun and safe environment.
Our youth MMA program/s are designed for kids ages 7-12 who are interested in learning the fundamentals of mixed martial arts in a safe and supportive environment. Our experienced instructors will teach your child the basics of striking, grappling, and submission techniques, as well as important skills like discipline, respect, and sportsmanship.
30 min class. Twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday) We have a 8-10 week lifting program where we train specific lifts consistently where the focus is on form, technique, and progression and the workout does not change for the duration of that 8-10 weeks and then cycle through another series of lifts once that 8-10 weeks has been completed. Monday Wednesday (evening) Friday Saturday is primarily HIIT with other components of lifting and emphasis on conditioning aka “Fun.” Wednesday (morning) boxing for all levels for skills, technique, and overall great workout.
