30 min onslaught of exertion comprised of strength training, cardio, and plyometrics in a group of no more than 10 people that can be best described as WTF.
Personally designed workout and strategies for both inside and outside of the gym that includes workout design, nutrition recommendations, help with stress management, and one on one communication with trainers throughout your entire training.
MMA, Boxing, and Kids Striking – No experience needed, all levels are welcomed. Kids Striking, no experience needed ages 7-13. One on ones are available as well.
