Maurice Buchanan originally from Louisville, Kentucky, is a proud graduate of Hopkins High School in Minnetonka, Minnesota and has a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota. With 13 years of experience as a personal fitness trainer, this former Gopher Football player has worked to bring fitness and support to people of all abilities and skill levels.

Maurice has worked with professional athletes as an operations intern with the Minnesota Vikings during the 2006 NFL draft, collegiate athletes, cancer survivors, expecting mothers and children, and adults with physical disabilities. Maurice is extremely passionate about physical health, education and helping clients meet their goals for weight loss, mobility, and strength. Away from the gym, Maurice enjoys speaking about entrepreneurship and the importance of physical health.
