30 min class. Twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday) We have a 8-10 week lifting program where we train specific lifts consistently where the focus is on form, technique, and progression and the workout does not change for the duration of that 8-10 weeks and then cycle through another series of lifts once that 8-10 weeks has been completed. Monday Wednesday (evening) Friday Saturday is primarily HIIT with other components of lifting and emphasis on conditioning aka “Fun.” Wednesday (morning) boxing for all levels for skills, technique, and overall great workout.
